VCC General Work Permit

***ALL WORK IS TO MATCH EXISITNG
DAMAGE DUE TO COLLISION
Remove 3 feet of damaged railing at right side of the balcony.
Remove damaged rectangular wood column at the right corner of the balcony.
Remove 11 feet of damaged railing at right front of the balcony.
Remove damaged floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards.
Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 T&G floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with ½" bead, all as per VCC Standard Detail Sheet No. 12 (attached).
Replace custom column made of Spanish cedar 9’x5”x7”.
Replace 11 feet of railing with 1x1 pickets at the right front of the balcony.
Replace 3 feet of railing with 1x1 pickets at the right side of the balcony.
