VCC General Work Permit

To repair and structurally stabilize walls as per Architecture Committee approval of 10/10/2023 and materials stamped VCC approved 10/27/2023. Work includes:
• Installation of new helical stitch ties in mortar beds as detailed in plans
• Installation of new angle braces on the roof side of the parapet. Braces to utilize expansion bolts and will not be visible from exterior.
• Installation of new tie backs in attic space. Braces to utilize expansion bolts and will not be visible from exterior.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
