1. Renewal and amendment of CofA #13-14439-HDLC issued 6/24/13.
2. Remove all vegetation growing on building
3. Install six (6) composite material, fluted, Corinthian columns at front (Jackson Ave.) porch, as per attached details , approved 6/24/13 and 9/10/14.
4. Repair/replace existing wood pediment at front porch, as necessary, with wood to match existing.
5. All work done in preparation of painting
6. Install 36" high, wood, square picket handrail at front porch, as per attached detail , approved 9/10/14.
7. Repair/replace existing, true-divided light wood windows to match existing in size, shape, configuration, type, operation, materials, muntin pattern, dimension, profiles, relief, and detailing.
8. ALTERNATE: Board window openings with plywood cut to fit the opening in height and width, and installed from the exterior and caulked, approved 9/10/14.
9. Repair/replace existing wood weatherboards, as necessary, with wood or SMOOTH HardiPlank weatherboards to match existing in size and exposure. If plywood sheathing is installed under new HardiPlank where none currently exists, window casings must be removed, salvaged, and reinstalled over the same sheathing such that the depth of the reveal and relationship between the existing window casing and weatherboards matchesexisting. Siding must not extend past face of existing window trim.
