Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

It required a lot of cosmetic work from the condition we received it. We have replaced flooring, re textured sheet rock, changed out cabenits, door slabs, and fixed the storage bay doors. But now we need electrical work done as it was left all on one construction meter. The equipment for the system to be moved from old double to new double system is already there, but we only want the one meter. The electrician will also be adding additional outlets we want. We have an AC company coming to look at AC units as they look great, but are not working properly. We want to resurface exterior cinder block wall, to make them uniform and paint.

After the fact work on some renovation as described above.
