1. Properly crib entire home for removal of entire foundation;
2. Demo existing foundation.
3. Fabricate rebar as per engineer specs and form footings.
4. Pour new continuous footing on entire perimeter and center original
support system.
5. Construct new pier systems as per engineer specs.
6. Existing shaker sill located on the left middle of home with old piers will be removed and replaced, the right shaker
sill with new piers will be left alone.
7. Demo front left porch landing and steps, construct new landing and steps matching was removed and use existing
columns: Bricks not included.
8. Hydraulically push approximately (44) sets of 8” x 8” x 8” solid concrete segmented pilings to the depth of refusal
or 8 to 10,000 PSI, insert 5/8 Steel rebar in each piling driven to prevent shifting, Steel shims to be used where
necessary for leveling on top of all pilings installed and shims will be encapsulated with a material appropriate for
minimizing moisture intrusion to protect them against corrosion;
• Pilings to be driven after 30-45 days after the footing has
been poured.
• (6) pilings located on front right main porch
• (4) pilings on new porch landing
