Renovation (Structural) Permit

Fire job repairs. Rebuilding the entire roof. Rebuild rear fire damaged walls. Rewire both residences. Sheetrock last two fire damaged rooms. Paint the entire interior of both residences. Install all new flooring and carpentry in the last two fire damaged rooms. Install 8 ft. of kitchen cabinetry in both residences. Replace any fire damaged siding. Paint entire exterior of the structure. Add a full bathroom on 614 side of the residence. Maintain historical integrity of the face of the residence in accordance with the Historical Society by the replacement of both exterior entrance doors.

Exterior walls less than three feet from property lines must be fire resistance rated at 1 hr with exposure from both sides as required by R302.1 IRC 2015 ed. No New Openings
