VCC General Work Permit

To renovate the building as per Architecture Committee approval of 12/06/2022, Vieux Carre Commission approval of 12/14/2022, and materials stamped VCC approved 10/18/2023. Work includes:
• Installation of new wood fixed louver over panels shutters at the second and third floor level
• Conversion of the existing six over nine window in the center opening of the third floor to a new side hinged door to match the look of the existing window
• Installation of a new six over six true divided lite wood window in the existing dormer on the Decatur St. elevation

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
