VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to building and install new slate roofing on rear slope as per materials stamped VCC approved 10/12/2023. Work includes:
• Repairs to stucco and shutters and paint to match existing
• Installation of new 12” x 18” natural slate shingles on rear slope; color to be everlasting gray

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
