Renovation (Structural) Permit

Vacant building next door caught fire which created minor damage to the wall that connects the two townhouses. My framer is going to check the integrity of the supporting 2x4's and joist. It appears the fire wall protected most of the wall downstairs and minor damage upstairs but we are checking the entire structure. There is minor roof damage as well and my electrician is going to inspect all electrical wires associated with that side of the house and replace electrical outlets and wires as needed. We will then re-sheetrock that wall and paint.
