Some windows to be relocated and historic window/doors to be reused and relocated. Rear deck/screened porch to be repaired and replaced with trex deck equivalent. HVAC system to be upgraded by licensed mechanical engineer and some electrical and plumbing work also included. Walls to be patched and painted. Work should be less than 50% of value of the house.
