VCC General Work Permit

To relocate parapet of rear building as per Architecture Committee approval of 08/23/2022 and materials stamped VCC approved 09/14/2022. Work includes:
• Demolition of existing parapet from the top of the attic joists to the top of the wall, salvaging as many bricks as possible
• Construction of new parapet at the property line with all masonry above the roof deck to be brick exactly matched to existing and constructed as per VCC standard details (attached)
• Repair/replacement of the existing roofs on either side of the relocated parapet to match the respective roof slope
