Campus development plan review in accordance with Article 4, Section 4.12 and Article 20, Section 20.3.Z for a temporal modular classroom at Mildred Osborne Elementary School, an existing primary educational facility. Pursuant to Table 13-1, primary educational facilities are conditional uses within the site’s S-RS Single-Family Residential District.
The temporal modular classroom would measure 24 ft in width, 64 ft in depth, and 1,536 sq ft in area. The temporal classroom will serve two kindergarten classrooms, that after two years will be located at another site. The modular classroom shall not affect existing parking or circulation as it will not be placed where it obstructs traffic. The existing school will remain.
Eligible for 2year TCO once completed.
