HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

After-the-fact approval of work completed previously without a CofA:

1. Installation of R-panel roofing at rear lean-to (work done within 1 year following Hurricane Ida)
2. Removal of one door opening and canopies from rear of primary building (approved after-the-fact due to non-original elements and minimal visibility from the street)
3. Reframing of right-side wall of rear accessory including emoval of doors, windows and openings (approved after-the-fact due to NC rating and because not original doors, windows or openings)
4. Siding was not re-installed on left-side wall of rear accessory and applicant plans to submit new application soon to screen this area in (OK temporarily as applicant has installed a gutter along roof edge to protect open framing below)
