VCC General Work Permit

Renovate rear dependency per attached materials stamped VCC approved 09/05/2023, including:
Install new millwork as follows: two (2) new pairs of 3 lite casement windows with paneled shutters; one new pair of 12-lite French doors & paneled shutters; new 2-lite double-hung double-hung window; and two (2) new 4-lite casement windows.
Install two (2) new condensers, pad and screening to match existing. Refrigerant lines must run on the interior and/or underground and may not be mounted to exterior face of wall.
NOTE: New light fixtures must be submitted to VCC staff for review and approval prior to purchase and installation.
