VCC General Work Permit

VCC emergency approval of mini-split switch out due to extreme temperatures and corresponding state of emergency, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 08/25/2023.

NOTE: Location of HVAC and ALL existing HVAC equipment are in violation for work without permit and not approved for retention. Approval for switch out due to emergency circumstances only. Appeal must be submitted to retain equipment in this location, and Architecture Committee review is required. New mini-split approved under this permit may have to be relocated in future if retention in this location is denied. Other demolition by neglect and work without permit violations remain and must be addressed or the case may be forwarded to administrative adjudication.
