Project Title: Fence Build
Project Description:
• Remove and haul all fence construction obstructions including branches and loose trash/waste.
• Attach existing fence to existing posts as well as add new posts where needed to properly attach the fence.
• Construct 147 linear feet of new 6ft wood fencing. New fence construction will be located on the sides (parallel to 2nd ST) on the property boundary.
• All wood used will be pressure treated pine wood.
• Fence will be constructed utilizing a 3 runner 2x4 system, attached to 4x4 wood posts, dug out at least 2 feet into the ground and secured with high strength concrete.
• Gate will be constructed of a steel galvanized frame to avoid sagging.
• The entire fence old and new including the gate will be capped off with 1x4’s as required by HDLC.
