Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

1) Renovation of bathroom: demo drywall, wall surface only(ceiling to remain intact), remove - tub, toilet, vanity, plumbing fixtures, and old tile flooring. Install - durarock cement board in shower area, 4' up perimeter of bathroom area custom, and floors. Install moisture resistant drywall in applicable areas, tape, float, and smooth texture finish(level 3). Install new custom built shower, new vanity, toilet, and all new plumbing fixtures. Paint unfinished surfaces existing doors and trim. 2) Remove all galvanize plumbing from where exterior water shutoff valve entering into bottom basement of house(garage area) begin through out dwelling and install new PEX plumbing adhering to all applicable building codes. 3) Replace damaged sewer lines in basement area with PVC adhering to all applicable building codes. 4) Reroute gas all lines to shared center wall.
