Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Install four (4) 4'-3" x 2'-3" Velux FCM 2246 skylights on flat roof. Install new crickets according to direction of roof slope. Relocate HVAC units as noted. No equipment should increase in visibility.
Remove plywood from gallery decking and inspect underlying conditions. Replace deteriorated floorboards with new 5/4x4 wood T&G floorboards. Must be back primed and painted as follows: white semigloss on bottom, medium gray semigloss on top and sides. All work to be done as per approved plans.

NOTE: Drawings state re-roofing to be applied for under separate permit application. No roof modifications permitted outside installation of crickets.
