Per attached materials stamped VCC approved 08/17/2023, to address violations cited in case 23-03459-VCCNOP, as follows:
Remove unrated roof addition and repair masonry as needed using VCC mortar formula (attached – no premixed mortar allowed). Any deteriorated, cracked, or broken bricks shall be replaced to match existing in color, size, material, porosity, detail, profile and exposure, and must be “toothed in” to existing masonry wall.
Remove vegetation from masonry. Cut vegetation down and apply a weed and grass killer. Remove dead roots after 1-2 days. Install new VCC mortar (formula attached) as needed where deteriorated
Replace PVC downspout with copper, to feed into existing copper leaderhead. Diameter of the downspout to match existing and not be increased.
Repair cracks in stucco as needed using VCC stucco formula per attached handout.
Repair balcony trim per attached typical detail sheet no. 12.
