Rebuild Garage damaged in hurricane Ida; Replace roof damaged in Ida; Replace roof on patio deck; Add overhang over bedroom windows damaged in Ida. Essentially repairing the existing structure. No additions.

*include building a chain wall to replace piers on the rear of the house and a chain wall to support the back wall of the patio

Per consultation with the owner this permit should pertain the roof of the main house and interor work taking place to the main house only.
