Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Grade soil on sides of home to drain away from structure and remove broken concrete drive strips.

Replace 40 squares of asphalt shingles with quality architectural shingles, wood decking repair, all metal flashings, stack boots, and two turbine wind ventilators.
Replace damaged wood steps, and railings at the rear of both units
Install aluminum seamless gutters: Appx 15 linear ft and 72 linear ft downspouts
Replace the drain stopper at the bathtub in the hallway bathroom in the left unit & replace the bathtub in the hallway bathroom in the right unit
Remove and Replace 2 40-gallon electric water heaters.
