HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

The main purpose of the permit is to repair the interior and external damage of 707 after Hurricane Ida damage. This includes removal and replacement of kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and any wood rot. Sheetrock and insulation will also be replaced along with repainting. Soffits and siding will be repaired after water damage, along with the gate being repaired (following HDLC guidelines). While repairs are being conducted on 707, we will also renovate and repair the interior of the 709 side including expanding it by taking over one room, moving the kitchen, and moving the bath. All room sizes, window placement, etc will remain the same.
