HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

1st phase: Replace rotted wood above columns. Replace water damaged balcony over-hang soffit and facia. Replace gutter cove molding and facia molding. Remove and re-hang gutters @ front balcony, adding outlets and leder head and downspout as needed. Plumb upper columns, resey and railings. Replace column top and bottom moldimg. 2nd phase: Replace balcony cementious siding to inspect structure.
