New Construction of boathouses 94 & 95. Anything below lowest horizontal member at +18.0 must be designed as break-away walls according to FEMA guideliines.

**FINAL INSPECTION** NEED V ZONE CERTIFICATE WITH THE FEMA ELEVATION CERTIFICATE. The lowest horizontal member requirement of 18.0 NAVD must be met. Everything below the lowest floor must be designed with break-away walls.
