As per submitted plans- renovate existing bath and existing powder room. Enlarge first floor of structure only-( 5'-10" x 18'-3") as per plans of sitting and bar area. Add 2 small storage closets. Add new exterior terrace-(7'-0 1/2 x 18'-3")
New a/c at first level. Paint interior and exterior.
Existing square footage = 530 sqft + 109 sqft (first floor addition) = 639 sqft
