Homer Plessy Elementary School- This building is classified as EDUCATIONAL but there is no option under the Land Use pulldown menu for Educational. The scope of work is as follows: replacement of all existing wood windows with wood clad metal windows of same profile and dimensions. Replacement of damaged exterior wood doors with exterior grade metal doors and frames of same profile. Main Entrance doors are to be repair and refinished. Replacement of damaged wood rail system at rear two-story building. Repairs to existing stucco facade due to water infiltration in various locations, repainting exterior of building to match existing. Removal and replacement of existing roof systems. Interior Scope of work: replacement of damaged lay-in ceilings, repairs/replacement of finish floors in certain areas (see submitted drawings), repairs and repainting of certain perimeter exterior walls due to water infiltration. Replacement of damaged window sills to match existing.
