Renovation (Structural) Permit

This project is in the Schematic Design Phase. We are requesting Architectural Review Committee and Historic District Landmarks Commission review and advisement to be incorporated into subsequent design phases. The scope includes exterior improvements to an existing building including re-construction of an exterior gallery at both facades, which was reportedly original to the building, and roof cover over the existing courtyard. The aesthetic and structural approaches to both shall be influenced by the existing neighborhood precedents.
