VCC General Work Permit

Per attached materials stamped VCC approved 07/05/2023:
Repoint an approximately 20' crack on the St. Philip-side wall of the main building using VCC mortar formula, attached. At chimney and parapets, remove loose mortar (and/or delaminated fiberglass cloth and plastic cement) and apply new VCC formula mortar as needed.
Remove deterorated caulk and apply new typical, clear caulk at the existing skylight as needed.
Resecure existing counterflashing with three (3) new 1-1/2" x 1/4" anchor bolts, equally spaced.
No metal cap flashing or lath included in this permit.

NOTE: Contact VCC staff immediately if the scope of work must be expanded, or if any issues arise in the field.
