Renovation (Structural) Permit

Renovation of existing outdoor NORD natatorium and support spaces at Morris F.X. Jeff Sr. Park (Formerly Behrman Memorial Park). The proposed project scope includes: new covered pool deck and seasonal pool enclosure with operable openings on 3 sides; new locker rooms, new pool, pool equipment, and MEP systems; new pool deck and 75’ x 45’ pool. New enlarged pump room with separate chemical storage closets, new reception and office area, IT closet and lifeguard/break room area; new rinse-off showers on pool deck; and exterior splash pad and patio. Aquatic pool program functions include a 6-lane lap swimming area, with 25-yard lanes, which can be reconfigured with floating dividers to function as a multi-purpose swim area used for instructional classes and free swim for various age groups. The project scope is further defined by drawings and specifications provided in the Project Manual.
