VCC General Work Permit

To make repairs to service ell and rear dormer window as per materials stamped VCC approved 06/29/2023. Work includes:
• Installing new board at exposed corner of service ell roof, to be painted BM OC-151, semigloss
• Repairing rear dormer window including making minor wood repairs, applying appropriate window glazing, and painting BM OC-151, semigloss

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
