Renovation of an existing single family residence, remaining a single family residence.

Scope of work will include relocating the kitchen, adding a bathroom, and adding 2 bedrooms, and all associated plumbing and electrical; resulting in a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence. Structural repairs and replacements in kind will occur as needed for the foundation and structural framing.

Work will not involve a change of use and will not include site work. There will be no change in height, building footprint, or number of structures.

There will not be any changes to the front facade of the building.
