Remove Existing Cement-Fiber Shingle Roof. Retain Historic Ridge Caps. Re-deck roof - Replace roof. Remove all old wiring within structure and rewire - replace all electrical outlets, switches, fixtures and breaker panel. Install temporary electrical pole. Install new 5 ton HVAC system - entirely new complete system. Remove and replace plumbing system within structure adding 2 bathrooms in the rear portion of structure - gas test for replaced gas system for ODHWH, stove and dryer. Remove and replace weatherboards as needed. Install 6" half-round gutters on front, left, right and back of structure. Re-build windows to original historic state as needed (especially front).
