HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

Replace the existing architectural shingles with the new architectural shingles. Install modified bitumen roofing on the low slope, section of the roof in the rear of the house.
Strip and repaint the existing windows and shutters.
Replace the screws on the 5-V crimp roof above the side balcony.
Front addition mansard roof repairs:
Cut approximately 3 inches off the bottom of the slate tiles on the mansard roof. Uninstall the gutter at the bottom of the mansard roof. The original gutter is too deteriorated to be reused safely, and will not be reinstalled.
Replace the flashing around the perimeter of the mansard roof. Replace the damaged sections of the facia at the bottom of the mansard roof. Paint using color matched paint.
