Renovation (Structural) Permit

1. Remove and replace old siding, windows, and exterior doors.
2. Remove and/or replace any burned side exterior wall wood and frame in side door (to eliminated).
3. Install Hardie plank. prime and paint
4. Remove and/or any roof rafters as needed (fire charred or burned)
5. Remove and /or replace any charred or burned roof decking and shingles.
6. Repair front roof dormer
7. Repair soffit and Facial
8. Install soffit Vents as needed
9. Remove and replace roof rim joist, and planks on ceiling porch, and replace support post on front porch
10. Clean all debris and remove.
