VCC General Work Permit

Make miscellaneous repairs to the curved section of the 2nd floor porch at 633 Toulouse, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 06/09/2023:
• Remove deteriorated floorboards, stringers, wooden pickets, and fascia boards, as needed.
• Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5/4x4 wood T&G floorboards, and 7/8" fascia with ½" bead, all as per VCC Standard Detail Sheet No. 12 (attached). Pickets to match existing dimensions and spacing at existing wooden rail.

• All repair/replacement work shall match existing in size, profile, dimension, material, detail, exposure, paint color and finish.

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than 30 days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work.
