VCC General Work Permit

To prep and paint the exterior of the building with all colors to match existing
To make repairs to building as per materials stamped VCC approved 09/06/2022 including:
Reinstallation of gallery posts following the completion of repairs to street and sidewalk
Replacement of missing portions of downspouts
Reinstallation of shutters
Repair/replacement of fascia boards to match existing

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
