Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

The building double was last renovated and permitted in 1982 and 1984. The left side Apartment A and commercial Side B were combined at that time to both be one commercial 3908 Magazine address. CHANGE THE USE from unrecorded mixed use to mixed use (one residential and one commercial) with a certificate of occupancy as such. Deactivate the existing 3908 commercial House Meter and deactivate one 3908 commercial meter for side A (incorrectly listed as APT A). Note: The 3908 commercial meter for side B is to remain and that panel will be joined to the side A existing electric panel and the 3908 existing “House” electric panel. The 3906 residential meter for the rear apartment (created 1984 renovation) is to remain.
