Renovation (Structural) Permit

Structural renovation to repair the foundation of an existing single-family dwelling as per plan. Scope of Work:
1) Gain access to underside of building as required for foundation work only.
2) Replace (43) footings and piers under center and perimeter of home. The footing will measure approximately 28” L x 28” W x 16” D and will contain four pieces of #5 rebar laid in a cross hatch pattern and additional piece of #5 rebar placed through the surface of the footing so that the piers may be supported there on. Each pier will be constructed using CMU blocks measuring 8” v 24” and built to a height closest to the beam/sill which it is to support. Concrete shims will be used to obtain final level.
3) Aluminum termite shields to be placed on all piers leveled.

**FINAL INSPECTION** NEED FEMA ELEVATION CERTIFICATE BFE -2.85 NAVD
