Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

Work limited to double hung window sashes only and does not include sill, frame or jamb work. Remove and replace the current failing modern sashes with historical milled sashes from reclaimed cypress using mortise and tenon joinery and matching current profile (drawings attached). The sashes will be stained to match current woodwork and sealed with Sutherland and Wells Tung Oil with UV protectant and match the existing exterior color for BM White from the VCC color pallet in Aura Semi-gloss finish. The aluminum jamb liners will be removed as they are unable to be salvaged and replaced by spiral balances.
