2) Demo exiting continuous footing and chain wall 28 ft total.

3) Construct new continuous footing.

4) Construct new chain wall 28 ft. long, dial new footing into existing footing.

5) Demo front steps, construct new steps matching dimensions of existing steps, (customer to supply bricks).

6) Level entire front porch of home.

7) Remove and replace any damaged wood on support beams on pouch, replace with pressure treated lumber matching dimensions of removed lumber.

8) Apply stucco finish on entire front porch, if customer wants paint, they’re responsible for the purchase of the paint.

9) Remove all construction related debris from the property.
