Renovation (Structural) Permit

1) Gain access to under house.
2) Remove and replace all existing interior piers systems on home.
3) Add joist on all load bearing interior walls and construct piers for proper support.
4) Demo Front chain wall on home.
5) Construct new chain wall and continuous footing as per engineer specifications.
6) Remove and replace damaged sill on front right area of home, replace with pressure treated lumber.
7) All work for stabilization purposes only.
8) All footings will measure 16” D x 24” W x 28” L with #5 steel rebar and poured with 4,000 PSI concrete, all piers will measure 8” x 16” CMU. Piers blocks are built to sill and shimmed with concrete board and capped Aluminum termite pans, install hurricane straps on all perimeter piers on home.
