VCC General Work Permit

To repair/replace install wood eyebrow windows, chimney, and courtyard wall stucco as per materials stamped VCC approved 05/30/2023. Work includes:
• Installation of new wood windows in eyebrow window locations to match existing
• Repair/replacement of one existing damaged chimney to match existing adjacent chimneys
• Removal of loose/failing stucco from the Conti elevation of the courtyard wall. Brick to be left exposed for no more than two weeks.
• Application of new stucco as per VCC standard details

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
