Renovation (Non-Structural) Permit

RETAIL USE - For this location we will be using non-construction. For example, no tearing down walls or ceiling. Just basic renovation like painting, replacement of tiles, replacement of toilet and sink, and small electrical work because this location is only 500 sqaure feet. Trying to make this location fresh and clean. Can you guys please let me know how long it will take to get approval before the handy man can come. I have done this same job about 14 years ago at Baby One, and it will be the same way. Thank you so much for understanding. Please email me for further note.
