Tuck-point Constance side wall, using HDLC/VCC mortar mix. Replace any missing bricks in parapet to match existing. remove imprermissable cap flashing and unpermitted roof material on parapet per attached specifications. inspect all window openings and stucco on Andrew Higgins side wall. Remove vegetation and repair stucco cracks with VCC/HDLC stucco mix. Board any openings with window or plywood failures which may be allowing moisture into building interior.
