Building 1 consists of seven (7) attached townhouse units (B-H) and is part of a Planned Unit Development project with 16 total units. Building 1 is one of four separate buildings on this P.U.D. project site. Attached Townhomes are 2 stories, with ground floor garage and driveway, and contain 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms each. Construction system consists of heavy timber structural frame, concrete grade beam foundation, CMU wall base, Structurally Insulated Panels (SIP), & Steel Stud walls, floors, and roof. Painted fiber cement board exterior wall finish and standing seam metal roof. Attached townhomes are sprinklered and each unit is separated by 1-hour rated demising walls.
