VCC General Work Permit

NOTE: Re-Issue of Permit No. 21-04203-VCGEN:
To correct violations and make repairs to the buildings including installing new structural ties on the Chartres elevation of the rear building per Architecture Committee approval of 03/09/2021 and materials stamped VCC approved 06/01/2021. Work includes:
• Repair/replace fascia board at the third floor of the Royal St. elevation to match existing
• Repair/replace/install damaged/missing gallery wood elements including beaded board ceiling at the third floor and gallery decking
• Remove existing unpermitted light fixtures from underside of gallery
• Install two (2) new Nicor 11512 fixtures in same location as existing, fixtures to be aimed at hanging sign
• All fixtures shall use lamps with the following criteria: 3000K color temperature, 80+ color rendering index, and 800-1200 lumens per bulb

NOTE: Permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence within 30 days from the date of permit issuance. Work must be completed no more than 60 days after work begins. Owner will call VCC for final inspection upon completion of work. Penalty fees may apply because of improper or unauthorized work.
