HDLC Certificate of Appropriateness

To convert a dual address home into a SF home. No structural changes are necessary, and we only have one meter. We'd like to delete 3027. 3029 is currently used as our mailing address. Home was previously used as a care facility but remained two addresses. It is currently a SF home.

Permanently close shutters to prevent a view and use of the door to convert to Bed and Breakfast..
The shutters should be bolted shut and should not include an access mechanism such as a key. Fasteners will be install from the interio side of the shutters and can not be seen from the street.
