Renovation (Structural) Permit

This property needs a new roof, and needs substantial structural securing before we can redo the roof. Its been vacant for over 15 Years and needs a complete renovation. We are going to approach this in phases. Phase 1 consists of 1. Fix and repair all brick columns.
Structural:
1. Remove Shingles
2. Demo Drywall on second floor
3. Demo wood leave rafters ready
4. Fix roof rafters
5. Add straps to rafters and hurricane clips
6. Fix ceiling Joists, including building temporary walls and ridge for the roof.
7. Fix top plates of the second floor
8. Brace to roof
9. Fix second floor starters and sister
10. Install plywood and roof water and ice shield
11. Fix beams and joists in the porch to be new with slopes. Including building temporary walls.
New Shingles, fortified roof
Demo first floor drywall (Throw away all current existing trash inside the home)
