VCC General Work Permit

Work on Conti elevation, per attached materials stamped VCC approved 05/03/2023, to address work without permit and demolition by neglect cited in case 20-22327-VCCNOP:

Demolish inappropriate wood frame awning over Royal-side entrance.
Install new iron outrigger awning with flat lock copper roof. Repair stucco as needed using VCC formula (attached). New stucco to match existing in finish and texture. Paint to match wall color and finish. No lath to be used in stucco application.
Install new copper downspout connector where missing and install three (3) 7'-0" tall cast-iron boots on the existing downspouts.
Paint wooden underside of balcony and outriggers white. Paint brackets white or to match wall color. Iron must not be left black.
