VCC General Work Permit

To renovate main and rear building as per Architecture Committee approval of 03/28/2023 and materials stamped VCC approved 04/21/2023. Work includes:
• Installation of new simple grab bar handrails at both front entrance stoops
• Repairs to existing slate roofs on main building and rear building
• Installation of new standing seam metal roof on the rear addition of main building
• Installation of new mechanical equipment on metal roof of addition
• Repair/replacement of wood louvered shutters on main building
• Repair/replacement of wood board and batten shutters on rear building

NOTE: All exterior painting to be permitted separately.
